Data Protection Policy

Please be informed that personal data you have provided us with, or information you provide at any moment, will be included in an automated data file named CONTACTOS WEB (WEB CONTACTS) for which the company Órbita Ingeniería, S.L. is liable.

The purpose of that file is to comply and manage the relations we have established with you in a proper way.

Additionally, when information is obtained with the aim of participating as a candidate in job selection processes, your data will be included in an automated data file named CANDIDATOS DE EMPLEO (EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATES), also owned by the society.

We inform you that in any moment you may exercise your right to access, rectify, cancel or protest the data we have collected and filed. You may make use of such rights by means of written communication to the society headquarters, located in Calle Dels Atandadors, 7-B. E-46470 Massanassa, Valencia (Spain) or by sending an email to the address: lopd@orbitaingenieria.es. That communication should include first name and surname, specific request, place of residence address, date, signature and ID card photocopy or another valid document that allows you to be correctly identified.

Unless you specifically state the contrary in a period of (30) days since the completion of this questionnaire, either by sending us a letter to the previous address or by means of an email to the address lopd@orbitaingenieria.es, we will assume that you agree in an unequivocal way to the handling of your data in the terms mentioned before.
